Notre Dame and Northern Michigan close out the two-game series with a 4:05 p.m. game at the Joyce Center. The Irish will look to avenge Saturday night’s 3-2 loss to the Wildcats, a game that saw Notre Dame out shoot Northern Michigan, 53-15. Fans are reminded that today’s game will have a Teddy Bear Toss when the Irish score their first goal of the game. All Teddy Bears collected will be donated to Toys For Tots to benefit children this Christmas in the Michiana area. Notre Dame is 10-6-2 on the year and in third place in the CCHA with an 8-4-1-1 mark, good for 26 points, two points behind first-place Michigan. Northern Michigan is 8-7-3 overall and tied for fourth in the conference with a 7-4-2-0 CCHA record.
